Terms of Use
Rules governing access to AISurvey, use of its services, and users’ rights and obligations.
These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations of persons accessing AISurvey, creating accounts, preparing surveys, or participating in surveys. Please read them carefully before using the services.
Description and Scope of Services
AISurvey is a web-based platform for creating, editing and publishing surveys, collecting responses, analyzing data and preparing reports. Services may be updated for technical or development reasons. Certain features may require an account or additional disclosed conditions.
Registration and Account Security
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date registration information and safeguard their credentials. Suspected unauthorized account access should be reported through AISurvey support channels. Responsibility for account activity is assessed in light of the circumstances and applicable law.
User Content and Media Uploads
Users represent that they hold the rights, permissions and licenses required to use, reproduce, share and publish any text, images, photographs, logos, videos, audio, documents, files, links or other content they upload or publish. Uploading content that infringes third-party copyright, trademarks, personality rights or other intellectual property rights is prohibited. Claims arising from unlicensed use of protected or paid media are the responsibility of the user responsible for the infringement. AISurvey does not guarantee that user-uploaded content complies with copyright or licensing requirements. AISurvey’s statutory obligations remain unaffected.
Prohibited and Unlawful Use
The platform must not be used for fraud, threats, harassment, hate speech, unlawful discrimination, unauthorized disclosure of personal data, malware distribution or other unlawful activities. Users must not create deceptive surveys, impersonate others, collect data without authorization or attempt to circumvent system security. Access to potentially infringing content may be restricted where legally and technically justified.
Surveys, Participants and Personal Data
Survey creators and publishers are responsible for survey questions, collection purposes, participant notices and ensuring an appropriate legal basis. Collection and processing of personal data, including special categories of data, must comply with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other applicable rules. The data protection roles of AISurvey and survey creators depend on the specific processing activity. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
AI-Assisted Analyses
AISurvey’s AI-assisted survey creation, analysis, summarization and reporting features may generate automated outputs. Such outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for the context. Users are responsible for verifying results, obtaining appropriate expert review and not basing important decisions solely on automated outputs. These features do not replace legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
Intellectual Property and Platform Rights
AISurvey software, interface, design, brand and platform-specific elements are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Users receive only the right to use the services in accordance with these terms. Rights in original content lawfully created by users remain with them, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Service Continuity and Technical Changes
Services may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, security measures, infrastructure failures or events beyond reasonable control. AISurvey does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Statutory and contractual obligations remain unaffected.
Violations, Content Removal and Account Actions
Where unlawful content, a rights infringement report, a security risk or a breach of these terms arises, content may be removed, access restricted, or an account suspended or terminated depending on the circumstances. Such measures are taken in accordance with applicable law, proportionality and valid agreements.
Limitations of Liability
Users are primarily responsible for ensuring the lawfulness of surveys, uploaded media and other content they create. AISurvey does not become the rights holder or author of content merely because users upload copyrighted material without permission or publish unlawful content. However, AISurvey remains subject to its obligations under applicable law and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This clause does not remove statutory rights of users or third parties.
Changes and Governing Law
AISurvey may update these terms to reflect changes in services or law. The current version will be published on the platform, with additional notice where required. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, without prejudice to mandatory legal rules and users’ statutory rights.
Contact and Requests
For questions about these terms, rights infringement notices or service requests, use the official AISurvey support and contact channels listed on the platform. Providing the relevant link, content and explanation of rights ownership helps review infringement reports.
